The Lavazza La Reserva De ¡Tierra! Colombia, La Reserva De ¡Tierra! Alteco and La Reserva De ¡Tierra! The Selection was awarded the gold medal in the espresso coffee category, by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC). The IIAC awards the best coffees according to criteria such as flavor, aroma, processing, roasting and batch profile (if applicable). The evaluation is done blindly, which means that none of the judges know the name, packaging or brand of the product they are evaluating. The jury made up of professors and coffee industry experts is made up of more than 12,000 members from 40 countries.
