Dayana brings with her nine years of passionate experience in the world of coffee. In 2013, she began her journey at the Viana do Castelo Hotel and Tourism School, where she gained her knowledge with the best professionals in the field. Her career includes participating in barista championships, where she had the opportunity to represent and elevate the art of coffee at national and international events.

Her determination to provide unique experiences for customers and share her passion for coffee globally has led her to work in several countries, including Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States of America.
